Design for manufacturability

We review geometry, wall sections, neck, closure and blow- or injection-molding feasibility before tooling is manufactured.

Mold engineering and manufacturing

We develop the blow or injection mold according to the approved design and planned production conditions.

Trials and validation samples

We run mold trials, review samples and define required adjustments before releasing production.

Series production

We transfer the development to blow or injection molding and plan supply according to the confirmed volume.
